The Ghana Football Association have officially unveiled the new Black Stars home and away kits for the new 2020/2021 football season.
The kits, designed by the Ghana national teams kits sponsors Puma, features a high visible black and white colours with the country’s traditional Kente design. The black and white with the white as the dominant colour is for the home matches, while the yellow dominated yellow and black will be used for the away matches.
Ghanaian football fans have reacted in different ways to the new design by Puma, with many not too happy with its look. Others believe it reflects the nation’s tradition, especially the away kit which is predominantly black and yellow with slight read around the neck as well as little green weaves, depicting the look of the Kente cloth.
