Asante Kotoko has released a shortcode for the club’s fans to select home and away kits for the upcoming season.
After announcing the Italian sportswear manufacturing giants, Errea as an official technical partner for the next three years, the club released four designs for the fans to choose the team’s home and away kit for the upcoming football campaign
Home kit
Two sample designs presented by Kotoko have the identity of the team and the culture of the Asante Kingdom.
One of the kits is designed with the 1971 and 1983 glory moments of the Porcupines.

Again, the yellow, green and black colours of Asanteman have also been added to the sleeves of the jersey.
The other jersey is filled with traditional Adinkra symbols to again depict the tradition of Asanteman.
“Inspired by our rich Cultural Heritage. This design samples carefully selected rich and powerful Adinkra symbols that signifies Power, Authority and Leadership.”
Adinkra symbols are traditional symbols that represent the concepts or aphorisms of Asanteman.
Away kit
The Porcupine (noted in the emblem of the club) is well represented in one of the away designs.
“A design cue from the power of the porcupine quill attack. This concept shows the fearless power and might of Asante Kotoko.”
In the other white shirt, the color ash features heavily.
Red is used for the sleeves and can also be seen in a few parts of the kit.
