Ghana Premier League giants Accra Hearts of Oak have quashed reports that Mr Frederick Moore has left his position as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the club.
There have been several reports in the media recently that Mr Moore has left his position as the CEO of the Accra based club, with several names flying around as supposed replacements for the astute football administrator.
On the contrary, the Phobians have taken to social media to debunk the rumours, saying the CEO has just proceeded on sick leave, and is due back in appropriate time.
“Our CEO, Frederick Moore is currently on sick leave and will resume full duties as head of the club’s administration when declared fit to do so”, Hearts of Oak announced on Twitter.
The club then urged all and sundry to disregard all reports contrary to the above statement and focus on the official position of the club.
“The board of the club urges all Phobians to disregard rumours in the media that Mr. Moore has left his position”, the statement added.
