Latest transfer reports gathered by Ghana Sports Page indicate top Premier League side Asante Kotoko Sporting Club is on the verge of losing three key players for free.
As confirmed by the team’s Communications Director, Sarfo Duku, their top defender Samba O’Neill, first-choice goalkeeper Mohammed Camara, and attacker Peter Amidu Acquah are mostly likely to continue elsewhere upon the expiration of their contracts.
Although primarily a central defender, Samba O’Neil might also leave but doesn’t want to part ways with the Porcupine Warriors as a free agent, but on an official transfer, GSP1 can confirm.

Since Samba’s arrival in 2024, he has made a strong impression with his consistent performances, contributing significantly to the team’s defensive solidity and on-field organization.
For Camara, he is expected to end his two-year stay with the club after the 2025/26 campaign.
The Guinean international has been in fine form for Asante Kotoko in the past year, playing a pivotal role in Kotoko’s recent successes, including their FA Cup triumph, the Champion of Champions title, and the Toyota Cup victory in South Africa, where he produced outstanding saves during the tense penalty shootout, which earned him his first national team call-up.
However, Peter Amidu Acquah has also turned down a contract renewal offer from the club, sparking concerns about his future.
According to sources, the 19-year-old has attracted several interests on the back of his scintillating performance for the Porcupine Warriors and is hoping to continue elsewhere after the season.
More to drop soon…
