Hans Flick was voted the best coach of last season in the Champions League. The German technician led Bayern Munich to the final crown after a very high-level course in which the Bavarians eliminated Chelsea, FC Barcelona, and Olympique Lyonnais.
He edged out his two compatriots Jurgen Klopp (Liverpool) and Julian Nagelsmann (RB Leipzig). It should be noted that Jean-Luc Vasseur, winner of the event with Olympique Lyonnais, was elected a women’s team coach of the year.
