Ghana Football Association (GFA) Vice President, Mark Addo and four other officials from the helms of Ghana football have been appointed to play distinctive roles at the 2020 WAFU Cup of Nations in Benin.
The GFA Vice President has been selected as General Coordinator for matches during the tournament. The other three officials completing the quartet include the Referees Manager of the Ghana Football Association, Mr Alexander Neequaye Kotey (referee instructor), Benjamin Sefah (Referee), and Patrick Papala (Assistant referee).
The contingent of four will depart Ghana on Thursday, December 3, 2020 for the assignments at the tournament will will kick off in the next 48 hours.
The 2020 WAFU Zone B tournament was originally scheduled for Togo in November, but was later moved to Benin.
The tournament will run from Saturday, December 05 to Sunday December 20, 2020.
