Kotoko midfielder Samuel Tenedu has rejoined the squad for preseason in Cape Coast following a call-up from head coach Karim Zito, GhanaSportsPage understands.
The 21-year-old, who signed a three-year deal with the Porcupine Warriors in 2024, had been considered for an exit after a difficult debut season hampered by injuries.
However, Zito is keen to hand him a second chance to prove his worth.
Tenedu is still recovering from his latest injury setback and will continue his rehabilitation alongside the rest of the group during the team’s ongoing preseason camp in Cape Coast.
Kotoko are in the second phase of their preseason preparations as they gear up for the 2025/26 campaign.
