Former Ghana Coach Otto Addo has being name as part of 11-member FIFA Technical study group for the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup slated for this summer.
Amongst the shortlisted, Otto Addo is the only African coach contacted by the world football governing body for this job at the tournament.
The technical study group will observe, the identity of tactics by teams and coaches, identify technical and physical trends from all 104 matches.
They will also provide expert insights to advance world football.
Otto Addo lost his job with the Black Stars in the latter part of March due to poor performance, losing back-to-back international friendlies against Austria and Germany.
